Who can Volunteer?
- Graduate students in the areas of counseling, social work, or other mental health related fields
How Volunteering to Work at an AAPT Conference can Benefit You:
- Provides an opportunity to attend the conference for free
- Provides an opportunity to learn more about play therapy
- Provides an opportunity to meet the nationally known conference speaker
- Provides the student with a valuable experience in the behind the scene planning of a play therapy conference
- Provides an opportunity to work with the AAPT board
- Provides an opportunity to give back to the Alabama Association for Play Therapy
What is required of You?
- Assist the conference committee with preparations the night before the conference
for usually 3-
4 hours - Assist periodically before, during, and after the conference

Applications for AAPT conferences must be submitted one (1) month prior to the early registration deadline.
